Founded in 2015, NUNA Consulting Group, LLC is a minority, woman-owned small business headquartered in Los Angeles, California specializing in public affairs driven by quantifiable communications strategy.
Over the last five years, NUNA has prioritized serving Indigenous communities through public affairs and strategic communications and recruiting American Indian, Alaska Native, and Indigenous communicators as part of our growing team led by an all-female leadership team. As we move into the next growth phase of NUNA, we are carrying our same intention forward to provide communications solutions and strategies based in the values of the community that helped to raise us.

Research & Discovery (R&D)
The initial step for all NUNA projects, R&D is the most important piece of work for every project as it provides the consistent thread throughout the project. The best advice comes from a place of knowledge. How can we know where we’re going if we don’t know where we’ve been? In getting to know you as a NUNA Family member, your market, your strengths and weaknesses, we can find the best plan of action.
Based on R&D, the NUNA team works together with each NUNA Family member to create a plan ensuring full understanding by all parties involved in the project.
Development (DEV) + Implementation (IMPT)
The building phase of the NUNA process, DEV utilizes all knowledge gained from R&D and PLNG to front build all core materials for the project. Implementation is The fun part! We’ve done all of the hard work first. Now all systems are go.
Maintenance & Management (MTMN)
The hard parts have been completed, all systems are go, but it doesn’t mean we can walk away. There is always a need to adjust, refresh, and modify projects. Built-in during PLNG & DEV, the NUNA team will monitor and manage progressions and provide regular feedback. NUNA makes sure to provide consistent service throughout the length of the project.
Close Out (CT)
One of the most important features of the NUNA Process is CT. It is a goal to always ensure that any collateral produced for NUNA Family members is owned and accessible by that member. CT includes a full portfolio download and status report for the length of the project.
